Very easy to deal with. When I come in they make sure all of my questions are answered and all of my concerns about the vehicle are taken care of before I leave. They also make sure I have a ride if I need to go some where otherwise they have a very nice waiting area if I'm going to wait there for the service.

The service people always communicate so well with the people sitting in the waiting room. They don't try to sway you on what your car 'could need', but rather give you options.. I couldn't afford some things, so had them do what I coukd afford.

I am convinced this shop breaks tings, so they can get you for huge repair bills a few days later. I have had my car in there several times, when a repair shows up in days after the car was there. the repairs were not related to anything the care was brought in for ant they are very expensive. Air conditioning, car freezing after repaired with no comments on the inspection. This shop is not reputable, or there service techs are not smart
We purchased a black 2013 TDI Beetle with plans to pick it up after "the rocker panel was repainted" and planned to pay cash. After driving 250 miles to pick it up and accepting an offer to get the first month free if we financed the car (they ran our credit to do this) we arrived to pick up the car. The dealer resolved the situation.
Eich Motors hid a well documented transmission leak on a pre-owned Mercedes Benz. They sold my BMW X5 out from under me when I had paid and had possession of the tags knowing I wanted to return the Mercedes! By 2 1/2 months, I notified a Mercedes dealership that the vehicle was chugging which we now know to have impending catastrophic engine failure. It's a lemon of a vehicle! I did a lot of tease arch and found the car that I was looking for. Sent a email making sure it was there. Ryan confirmed the car was available and he said he would have it pulled up for me to look at. Stopped in later that day and Nate showed me the vehicle. It was what they had said and ready to drive. They were easy to work with and had a great price. Financing was easy and I went home with the vehicle the same day.
We are very dissatisfied with this dealership. Not only was Lee Whiting (finance guy) unresponsive but he also tried adding additional services to our agreement after we stated we did not want them. He is impossible to reach by phone and will not return calls without upper management involvement. He also would not provide us with a copy of the purchase agreement our bank needed to start the loan process. First time leasing. Mat and team worked with me on budget and got me into the exact car I wanted! No pressure or hassle. Great experience!
Terrible service. I went in to get my battery replaced and they said that they woud reprogram the radio and make sure everything was working afterwords. After the battey was replaced, my auxiliary input option on the radio stopped working. When I brought the vehicle in to get reprogrammed, they said the radio was faulty and would cost over $500 to replace. It was working great before the new battery they put in.
Completely feel scammed. I leased a 2014 Jetta in June of 2014. This was the beginning of the problems.
First off I received harassing phone calls at my place of work because the dealer had screwed up my initial paperwork. They continued to call after my working hours despite being told several times when I would return to the office. They also refused to leave a voicemail on my work line. I was completely satisfied with my service. I have a 2003 VW Passat wagon and I thought we had a blown head gasket - my car had billowing white smoke after I warmed up my car while idling. Anyways I live near Wayzata, about an hour and twenty minutes away, and I called about 15 or so local mechanics and the prices I was getting was astronomical. What a great service dept. I live 400 miles away and planed to be passing by St Cloud, made an apointment and they squeezed me in. All I needed was my 2 after market key fobs, cut and programed. My local dealer wouldn't do it for me on short notice and quoted me more than double what I paid for at Eich Motor Co. Thank You to the entire service dept.
I purchased my first car from Eich Motor Company this winter. I visited several dealerships in the area, and found my experience at Eich to be by far the best. The entire sales staff was very friendly, and I never felt like I was being "sold to". They made me feel as though I was the most important customer they had all day. Purchased a certified used car, had problems immed. Brought car back over a dozen times for same problems, still having probs. Rude employees, that lied to my face.
Was told upon purchase that "we follow through even after sales, we take care of our customers". Not true. Typical dealership. After purchase (unless you are a BIG spender that buys a lot of cars there), you are forgotten about.

There was miscommunication which caused some problems at first, but they were more than willing to fix the problem and made up for the miscommunication. I am very satisfied with their service and willingness make situations better. I will definitely return there and recommend others to do as well.
