JC Was fantastic! We came in knowing exactly what we were looking for, but it was late and they were about to close. After taking her for a test drive, we made arrangements to come back the next day to finish up the paperwork and drive her home! JC took great care of us, we definitely recommend Eich Motors!

BUYER BEWARE, DO NOT DEAL WITH JAKE NICHOLS IN FINANCE. ASK FOR SALLY CUMMINGS AS HE IS THE RUDEST PERSON I'VE ENCOUNTERED AT ANY DEALER. The high marks on this review are because of JC CAMPOS and his high amount of attention to deal. The low marks are because of Jake Nichols, one of the Finance Managers. I lose the term "Manager" loosely. They had to mail me all of the documents because I do not live close by Eich VW. The documents arrived, however, had incorrect information on them, and when I called Jake, his response to me asking him to correct them and send me the new ones was "Can't you just trust me?" I respectfully told him that I didn't know him, and no offense to him, but I was not just going to sign something and take his word on it. Once you sign something, that means that you agree to what you've signed. When I asked him to also put it in an email, his response was "We should've never accepted this deal". The errors on the documents were no fault of mine, however, Jake's attitude was absolutely disgusting. I wasn't asking him to do something that wasn't a part of his job. Mind you, this was after they ran my credit and everything was good to go. Nobody, especially a paying customer should be treated like that, and Jake as a "Manager" should work somewhere else if he's not able to deal with customers correctly. Sally Cummings, Jake's boss in Finance stepped in and was very helpful. I told her that Jake shouldn't be working there seeing as how he treats customers. If it wasn't for all of the hard work that JC put in, I would've went somewhere else. When I asked for pictures/information etc. on the car, JC was always there to help me out, and did what he said he was going to do. Jake could learn it all from JC on Customer Service and how you DO treat customers. The car that I ended up purchasing was pretty rare, especially with the extremely low miles making it an almost brand new car. JC saved the sale and I would deal with him again in a heartbeat. GREAT JOB JC, THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING!

Went to the parts department looking for a very specific item for my MK4 Jetta VR6. The guys in parts are SUPER knowledgeable and were not able to help right away. BUT I recieved a phone call at home a couple of hours later with the information needed. It wasn't needed that they call me back but I was very pleasantly surprised and very grateful that they did. I was able to order the part AND it was reasonably priced. I will for sure use these guys whenever I need something specific for my car.
