Arrived 15 min early for oil & filter change & tire rotation. In & out in approx 75 minutes. Used free tire rotation coupon & forgot to ask for the $89 synthetic oil special they were offering for the month of January. JR is always accommodating & the tech's behind the scene appear to be very professional.

We have had some recall issues with our 2924 Atlas V W that Eich V W has been excellent at trying to resolve . They have came and picked up car, leaving us a loaner, and returned our car when complete. Have not had same results with other dealers where we have purchased cars.
