I live in Minneapolis so it's approximately an hour drive each way to use the VW service department at Eich Motors. 100% worth it. I got my first VW, a Tiguan, from Enterprise. It was stellar. When a warranty issue arose I called all of the VW dealers and a specialty shop in NE Mpls. They all gave me huge quotes and told me the warranty had expired. I called Eich and they said it wasn't expired, and they would do the work. I went from quotes exceeding $850 to less than half that. (Labor wasn't included in the warranty.) When the time came, I bought my next two VWs there. They keep me up on recall issues and software updates. (I got an EV this time!) They are incredibly flexible on scheduling appointments, and don't mind if I'm late when I forget to charge up at home, and need to run to a fast charger to top off Betty. (I name all my cars Betty.) I'll keep going there because they earned my trust, and keep earning my trust with every visit!

This location is under construction to bring better service to customers. Look for signage across the street when coming for VW Service. There was a text sent to my phone while I was in the waiting area with recommendations. You can choose to accept or decline and a final cost sheet is included. Once service was complete another text was sent. The service clerk found some discounts and applied them to my bill, saving me some money.

It was a great buying experience at Eich Motors. Chris promptly returned calls/texts, answered all of our questions and recruited other staff to help out if needed. So far we are very impressed with our VW Atlas.

Eich has always been very fair to me. Sometimes their service comes with a price, but they've always been honest and given me options. They're a big reason why I may stay in a VW once my TDI bites the dust (hopefully never)...

Darell made my warranty repair the best experience I have ever had repairing a vehicle! From my initial phone call, fitting me in same day, and fixing the issue lightening fast, Darrell understood how concerned I was and fit me in as soon as he possibly could. Great place to buy a vehicle!! Sales Consultant, Courtney was AMAZING, along with Sales Manager, Ryan. Courtney was incredibly friendly, eager to help, and extremely knowledgeable in her field. The entire process from trading in my old vehicle, financing and learning everything about the new vehicle, I was in and out within 2 1/2 hours.

The service person at the counter was polite. The waiting area is great. I couldn't help notice just how quiet it is inside. Everyone seemed stoic, no smiles or to engage others in conversation. It gave me the feeling staff didn't enjoy their work. I hope that this feedback helps.

They fit me in and always are accommodating to my work schedule. The shuttle is helpful to get to work while the repairs are made. It’s always a bummer when your vehicle needs work but they are thorough, do good work and make it a pleasant experience.

Very satisfied with the service department. They found a potentially large oil leak and repaired it under warranty. Also took care of a recall item. Customer waiting area could use some help. Not comfortable at all.
