We purchased a black 2013 TDI Beetle with plans to pick it up after "the rocker panel was repainted" and planned to pay cash. After driving 250 miles to pick it up and accepting an offer to get the first month free if we financed the car (they ran our credit to do this) we arrived to pick up the car. The dealer resolved the situation.

I did a lot of tease arch and found the car that I was looking for. Sent a email making sure it was there. Ryan confirmed the car was available and he said he would have it pulled up for me to look at. Stopped in later that day and Nate showed me the vehicle. It was what they had said and ready to drive. They were easy to work with and had a great price. Financing was easy and I went home with the vehicle the same day.

I keep on posting my review in different places because I want everyone to know how great they are! I was completely satisfied with my service. I have a 2003 VW Passat wagon and I thought we had a blown head gasket - my car had billowing white smoke after I warmed up my car while idling. What a great service dept. I live 400 miles away and planed to be passing by St Cloud, made an apointment and they squeezed me in. All I needed was my 2 after market key fobs, cut and programed. My local dealer wouldn't do it for me on short notice and quoted me more than double what I paid for at Eich Motor Co. Thank You to the entire service dept.
